Suave Petals by The Merchant of Venice is a seductive and tantalizing fragrance for women. Launched in 2013, it is part of the Murano Collection.

The fragrance opens with top notes of apple, bergamot, nectarine, and pineapple. This combination creates a delightful and mildly fruity introduction to the scent. The heart of the fragrance reveals a blend of orange flower, tuberose, and white rose. These notes add a floral depth to the scent, making it more complex and captivating. As the fragrance settles, it reveals base notes of musk, patchouli, sandalwood, and vanilla. These notes give the fragrance a rich, sweet, and slightly resinous character.

The name 'Suave Petals' is inspired by the "Muda delle Acque Morte" trade route. The route went from Venice, through the entire Western Mediterranean, to reach the Spanish coasts between Occitania and Valencia. This was the trade route connecting the Serenissima to the French and Aragonese port cities. Among the spices that were imported into Venice for cosmetic use, there were Melissa, Rosa Moscadine, Canestrello, Lavender, and Clamento Aromatico.
